How to participate in the Forum?

Participation in the Forum as a listener is free, but it’s possible by previous registration only. Sign the registration form here.

Attention! This year the access to the Forum has been by invitation only.
Only registered visitors can obtain the invitations.
The registration on the Forum is possible, but it will be paid.
Organizers reserve the right to renounce servicing for reasons of seats.

To participate in the Forum with the report, exhibition or master-class, please fill out the form here. Upon the written request the organizers can provide you with any additional information (including the reports for previous years).

Participation Requirements

FOR THE FORUM’S VISITORS

Free of charge, compulsory preliminary registration.
Each registered visitor receives: name badge, catalogue of the exhibition with Forum’s program and advertising pack of the organizer.

Presentation of product and solutions. Cost - $30/minute
Positioning of the information about the reporter/company in official Forum Catalogue
Positioning of the information about the reporter/company on Forum Site

Requirements

Providing of report according to the subject in Power Point (records on disks)
Providing of reporter’s photo in jpg format
Providing of report’s thesis (not more than 1000 symbols)
Providing of information about the company – logo, general information up to 1000 symbols, contacts

OFFICIAL FORUM CATALOGUE

Forum Catalogue and exhibition are published in an edition of 400 copies; CD – a version with Forum reports - 1000 copies free of charge are given to each visitor during the registration.

Positioning of an advertising bill (banner) in the territory of the event – 250$
Positioning of the banner/logo on the official Forum site (www.vokrugkabelya.com.ua) and on the page about Forum on A-KOM sites (www.a-kom.ua), and on the site of Iron Harry (www.iron-harry.ua) with a reference to the company’s Internet-site during 4 months (March-June) – 500$
Positioning of a company’s name and a logo on the front page of Forum Catalogue – 200$
Positioning of an advertisement in the catalogue (1 color bar – 210x297mm) – 700$

Positioning of advertising and informational materials in the organizer’s advertising pack – 150$
Possibility to carry on the master-classes – practical trainings for the participants of the Forum concerning the work of the company equipment (1, 5 hour) – 600$
